The whole team is in the meeting room.
COULSON: Ian Quinn.
MAY: You found him ?
COULSON: No, but we think we know how we can.
COULSON: Skye tracked down an invoice from one of his shell companies. He made a big purchase recently.
SKYE: $10 million big.
SIMMONS: Any idea what it is ?
COULSON: No clue, but it was designed and built by Cybertek, Inc., a small firm that deals in advanced technology and research.
COULSON: Which is where this gets interesting. They've hired a private-security outfit to transport the purchase ... former military, ex-mercs.
WARD: Lot of muscle to move one package.
COULSON: And they know S.H.I.E.L.D.'s got eyes on Quinn.
SKYE: Which is why they're transporting it old-school.
COULSON: On a train, through the Italian countryside, from Verona to Zagreb ... very rural, very isolated.
MAY: And you think Quinn's on that train.
COULSON: No, but I believe they're delivering the item to Quinn himself. We got our intel from Italian authorities who have been monitoring the situation.
MAY: And they don't mind us taking over the op ?
COULSON: I asked very nicely.
Flashback: Outdoor café.
RUSSO: You're not asking me at all, Agent Coulson. You're telling me and my team to step aside to hand over our investigation to S.H.I.E.L.D.
COULSON: Try to think of it less as a hand-over and more as a hand-off. You've done your part. Now we'll do ours.

COULSON: If everything goes as planned, Cybertek's security team won't even know we were on the train.
WARD: So we're going in undercover.
MAY: I hate undercover.
We see them in undercover while Coulson talks.
COULSON: May and Ward, you're front and center. Once we locate the package, you'll tag it with a tracker. Skye and Fitz, you'll be running communications. After the package is tagged, we'll follow it to Quinn. Once we capture Quinn, we'll be one step closer to the Clairvoyant.

We see May and Ward then Skye and Fitz walking in their respective cars

Ward and May arrive in their room. May takes off his coat. Ward change.

A woman leaves her room and speaks Italian.

He grabs the suitcase and enters. The woman pulls out a gun. A man in the room and attack Ward. three fight. Ward knocked them.
WARD: Cybertek knew we were here. Anyone copy ? Damn it.
He joined Simmons in the wagon.
WARD: We've been made. Comms are down. Where's Coulson ?
SIMMONS: He went to the dining car to find the package. You've been hurt. Let me take a look.
WARD: Not now. Go to the luggage car. Lock yourself in with Fitz and Skye. Don't come out until I get you. I'm gonna get Coulson.
Simmons go. Mancini and two men get up and go to Ward, who left to join Coulson.
COULSON: Ward !
WARD: We've been made ! Grenade! Coulson, we got to jump !
They jump from the train. The grenade explodes and the train disappears.
WARD: The train ... it just...
COULSON: Yep. Vanished. Which, I might add... not easy.
WARD: I told Simmons I'd come back for them.
COULSON: May's there. They'll be okay.
Ward sees something.
WARD: No, she's not.
He picks up the glasses of May.
COULSON: Is your phone working ?
WARD: No. Cybertek must have taken out our electronics.
COULSON: Not a grenade, exactly. Might be some kind of cloaking mechanism.
WARD: Maybe it created some kind of portal, jumped the train there ?
COULSON: Oh, let's hope not. I can't deal with Asgard today.
WARD: Cybertek knew we were coming. How ?
COULSON: Could have been the Clairvoyant.
Two car arrives.
COULSON: We got to get back to the plane. Come on.
They run. The cars stop and several men come with guns. In the middle of a field, and Ward Coulson see a car.
COULSON: Keys might be in it. It's the country. People are very trusting in the country.
WARD: It's running.
COULSON: Yeah, it's been hot-wired. This is...
WARD: Suspicious ?
COULSON: I was gonna say "fortuitous." Let's get out of here.
They leave. Get on the plane, a warning beep.
COULSON: Signore Russo, what happened ?
RUSSO: Agent Coulson. Thank god. I've been trying to reach you. Cybertek knew. They knew we were at the station.
COULSON: They knew we were on the train, too. Most of my team is unaccounted for.
RUSSO: Most of my men are dead! Where are you now ?
COULSON: On our plane. We'll send you the coordinates. And, Russo, do you have any idea what happened to the train ?
RUSSO: What do you mean ?
COULSON: It vanished, with our team still on it.
RUSSO: Okay. We'll look into that. I'm on my way to you now. And maybe together, we can find some answers, yes ?
Coulson disconnected.

Soon after, Ward is in the lab. It attempts to activate the holographic system.

He lights.

COULSON: S.H.I.E.L.D. pulled satellite images.
WARD: And ?

She throws the glasses and leaves. She finds the truck and starts but Russo arrives.
RUSSO: We've been looking for you, Agent May.
Two car arrive. Russo type. Shortly after he wake up with a bucket of water. She’s attached.
RUSSO: Get your bearings, sweetheart. Get your bearings. There you go. There you go. I realize you're confused. But I'm here to help. You see, I make sure Cybertek products move across Italy without incident. They make sure I'm well taken care of. And they'll take care of you, too. All you have to do is tell me where Agent Coulson and Ward are. That's it… Why are you smiling ?

He plants a knife in her shoulder.

He turns and gives orders in Italian. May come off and injure Russo then neutralizes guard. Russo ran away.

Back on the plane.

The plane is in the air. May neat her.

She sits.
COULSON: S.H.I.E.L.D. found the train. Turns out it switched tracks shortly after we got off. That grenade must have released some kind of toxin. Made us believe no time had passed.
MAY: I saw you guys frozen on the field. You looked ridiculous.
COULSON: It wasn't supposed to be a combat op.
MAY: They'll be fine. They can handle themselves.
COULSON: I got it. Gently. Okay.
MAY: Thank you.
COULSON Did he get you anywhere else ?
Ward come.
WARD: We need to reroute the plane. We just got word from S.H.I.E.L.D. that the train stopped suddenly in the Italian countryside.
COULSON: What ? Why ?
WARD: We'll find out soon. I'll set the coordinates. Touchdown in 10.

BEFORE THE TRAIN

They get on the plane and go in the car or was Skye and Fitz.

They fight with the man. Last is activated when a grenade Simmons arrives.

Man is Jemma are affected and freeze.
SKYE: Oh, my god. She's okay.
FITZ: Okay. Hold her up. There we go. I think this is some form of dendrotoxin.
SKYE: The same stuff that's in the night-night gun ?
FITZ: Yeah. It's clearly evolved. I think they made it airborne.
SKYE: Is that why their eyes are open ?
FITZ: I suppose if they were in some sort of black sleep, that would make sense.
SKYE: We got to get out of here, find the others and figure out what to do next.

A car arrives. Quinn appears.

The tracker's beeping.
FITZ: You want to go in ?
SKYE: We can't let Quinn get away again. If Coulson were here, he wouldn't let that happen. He wouldn't want us to let that happen.

SKYE: Can you disable their cars ?

He pulls the night-night gun.

Once they pass, Skye goes into the room and finds a hyperbaric chamber.
SKYE: Mike.
QUINN: Hello.
Skye turned and faced Quinn. Mancini takes his gun and turned against her.
QUINN: Skye. The Clairvoyant told me to expect you.
MANCINI: Signor Quinn, this is the same gun as the specs you gave us.
QUINN: Yeah, you guys have been looking at us while we've been looking at you. And we found a handful of particularly interesting things.
He open the hyperbaric chamber.
SKYE: Mike. Oh, god. You're alive.
QUINN: That's right. You two know each other. Hey. Do you know who I am ? And you have your orders. Good, because I purchased something that's gonna help you complete them.
SKYE: Orders ? Mike. What is happening here ? Mike.
Mancini place the object on the leg amputated Mike.
MANCINI: Stand, please.
Mike rises. Manici activates the object that becomes leg.
QUINN: Mancini, thank you. You will be receiving your payment shortly.
Mancini back.
QUINN: That is the best money can buy, my friend. Every piece of technology in you is top-of-the-line. I just wonder if I'm getting my money's worth. I know you get your orders from the Clairvoyant, so that means you're not allowed to hurt me, right ? No.
He pulls out a gun.
QUINN: What if I tried to hurt you ? Would you stop me ?
MIKE: No. I would not.
SKYE: Mike, listen. I do not know what they're doing to you, but we have to get out of here. Now.
QUINN: Quinn: And... if I wanted you to... to hurt her... you know, to kill her... will you ? I mean, what would hurt Agent Coulson more than to lose his pet project ?

Mike back.

Quinn pulls on Skye. He approaches her and pulls him then lengthens.

She tries to reach the door. In the living room. Mike joined Mancini and others.

MANCINI: Where is the money ?
MIKE: There is no money. You failed.
MANCINI: It looks like it's working to me.
The woman speaking Italian.
WOMAN: Apparently, there's been a misunderstanding. We delivered the package as promised. If we can just speak to Mr. Quinn ...
Mike attappe woman from the throat. The men take out their weapons.
MIKE: The Clairvoyant isn't happy. You led S.H.I.E.L.D. right to us.
MANCINI: Let her go.
Outside. Fitz instead of the tracer when Mancini and sent out the window beside him.
FITZ: Skye.
He wants to go in the house when a guard arrives. Ward appears and shoots him.
COULSON: Where's Skye ?
FITZ: S-s-she didn't want to let Quinn get away.
In the Room. Skye continues to crawl.
SKYE: Help, help... He...
In the living room.
MAN: Driver's not answering.
QUINN: Ah. Coulson's team finally got here.
Ward enters and pulls all men. Coulson grabs Quinn. He sees the blood on Quinn’s hand.
COULSON: Where's Skye ?
QUINN: You know, Agent Coulson, it's dangerous... to keep sending her in like that, all alone... when she means so much to you.
Coulson hits Quinn.
COULSON: Search the house. Find her ! Now !
They disperse. Coulson enters the room or is Skye.
COULSON: Ohh. No. Oh, no. Oh, god. Simmons ! Get down here ! Oh... Oh, god. Hang on. Just hang on, okay ? Oh, god.
They arrives.
COULSON: She's been shot.
SIMMONS: Keep her upright.
COULSON: I got no pulse.
SIMMONS: Uh... she's lost too much blood. I don't... Put her in there.

SIMMONS: It's a hyperbaric chamber, and I said put her in there now ! Now !

They put her in the hyperbaric chamber.
FITZ: Temperature's dropping.
SIMMONS: Pressure stabilizing.

Skye breathe.

SHIELD’S BUS
Skye is still in the hyperbaric chamber.
SIMMONS: Her core temperature's hovering around 44 degrees Fahrenheit. If we don't bring her back up to temp in the next few hours, she could sustain permanent brain damage. We need to get her to a medical facility and fast. Until then, I'll do everything I can to keep her alive. Excuse me.
Simmons back. She will look for cotton and cries. Fitz arrives and takes her in his arms. Ward looks Coulson then goes away. May follows. Ward hit the car.
MAY: t's not your fault.
WARD:She never should have gone in there alone.
MAY: Blaming yourself won't help her.

Mike looks his kids playing. He writes on a paper “Can I please see my son ?” and the clairvoyant answers. “Not yet”.
